Pattern Making is a key process in the Apparel manufacturing process. We will take your design and develop a pattern for this, which then is used by cutters.
BHD 100 per pattern
Grading is what defines the sizing of each element of your garment. Each garment will have it s own grading for the sizing you will manufacture. We can customise a grading for each of your garments for each of your markets you are launching in.
BHD 100 per garment per region
Our expert tailors deliver an exceptionally high quality finish on all garments we produce. We take great pride in quality and consistency. Our service is hourly based and we define the operations needed per garment and give you a time to produce each piece.
BHD 10 per Hour
Ensuring quality is a key feature of any Brands positioning. Our dedicated quality control team follow a multiple point quality control check list and are not shy in rejecting quality of garments if needed. Our service is based on a per garment check basis.
BHD 1 per Garment
Sample making is a complex process and can be so time consuming. We have a clear simple pricing approach on developing samples and keep you engaged and involved in the whole process, saving time to market.
BHD 100 per Garment + Trims + Fabric
Bahrain's only 10 thread embroidery machine allows you to design complex 10 colour patterns to then be produced on our machine. We will convert your design into threads and then embroider direct to garment or separately for attachment. Our service is hourly based.
BHD 0.600 per 1000 stitches includes thread for embroidery design costing

Having the right fabric and trims is fundamental and can be quite complex. Our panel of fabric and trims experts provide a day workshop to select both fabrics and trims for your garments from a wide range of samples we have in stock or ones we can source from all over the world.
BHD 300 per Day
Our sourcing team have global reach to the best trims and garments, with hundreds of samples to choose from and many in stock items, you can be sure you will find what you
need. It is a minefield to search for the right items, be it fabric, trims or packaging, we can source it all.
BHD 100 per Day
When you are purchasing any items from us we are very transparent in our landed cost. Therefore we charge a small fee for the handling and importing of items. For anything we source we charge a fixed percentage mark up.
15% Sourcing Fee on the Cost
Having fresh eyes looking at your brand is so important and a key investment. Our branding experts panel will look into your current brand and positioning and advise you on the direction you need to take based on your intent. We run a workshop and give you a honest critique on your Brand.

Our Design consultation service offers a no nonsense view on your designed collection. You will leave with a tangible clear point of view from fresh eyes. We look at your collection, make design recommendations and give you clear direction on where you need to improve or enhance.

Our Brand experts can develop a complete brand from start to end. The complete end to end consultation begins with a workshop. Once we establish the brand wish, we then go
and develop a full brand guideline.

What is Screen Printing?
High quality prints on clothing can be made using the screen printing technique. For screen printing, one screen is needed for each color and design. The mesh and stencil are the two components of the screen. The stencil functions like a stencil and the mesh lets the ink seep through to the fabric. Design Guideline
Screen printing art design is very distinct from all other types of design. The inherent limitations of the screen printing process are largely to blame for this. Additionally, vector art rather than pixel-based art must be used due to the size of the designs. It takes precise and clean lines to blow up artwork to fit on the entire back of a t-shirt or similar item
